• your answers to the short personalization questionnaire
• order and payment status

• generated reading content, including your birth chart, text, video session, replay videos, and summary video

Payment card details are handled by the payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

2. Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• create and deliver your personalized Astrology Princess reading
• send you the link to your reading
• provide access to your reading for the stated access period
• create replay videos and the short shareable summary video
• answer support or contact requests
• handle purchases, payments, refunds where applicable, and legal obligations
• keep the website and service secure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your birth details or personalization answers for unrelated marketing.

3. Personalization and AI

Your birth details are used to create your birth chart and astrology reading. Your questionnaire answers are used only to shape the tone and language of the reading, so it feels more natural and personally meaningful to you.

Parts of the service use automated systems and AI tools to help generate and present your reading. These tools are used only to provide the service you requested.

4. Service providers

We use trusted service providers only as needed to provide, secure, and deliver the service. These may include:

• WordPress and WooCommerce for the website and purchase flow
• Stripe for payment processing
• email delivery services for sending reading links and service emails
• astrology, AI, avatar, video, hosting, storage, and security providers used to create and deliver the reading

These providers may process personal data only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep data

Your reading is available through your unique link for 60 days. We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it non-identifiable where reasonably possible.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data
