These Terms of Service & Purchase apply when you use Astrology Princess, purchase a reading, or access your reading page.

By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy / Data Protection, and the Cookie Policy.

1. The service

Astrology Princess provides personalized digital astrology readings. A reading is created from the birth details you provide and is presented through a video experience with Astrology Princess.

The service may include a first video streaming session, subtitled replay videos, written or visual reading content, and a short summary video made for saving and social sharing.

2. Information you must provide

To create your reading, you must provide correct birth date, exact birth time, birth place, and email address. You may also answer a short personalization questionnaire.

You are responsible for checking that all information is correct before completing the purchase. Incorrect or approximate birth details may affect the reading.

3. Email and access link

Your reading link is sent to the email address you provide. During checkout or the reading flow, we may ask you to enter your email address twice to help prevent typing mistakes.

You are still responsible for providing a correct and reachable email address.

4. Delivery

After purchase and completion of the required details, your first Astrology Princess reading usually begins within a few minutes through a video streaming session. Subtitled replay videos are created after the streaming experience for repeat viewing.

Replay videos usually appear soon after the reading, but in temporary high-demand or technical delay situations, final replay video generation may take up to 1 hour. Temporary delays in replay video generation do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Access period

You can return to your reading through your unique link for 60 days. After this access period, the link and related reading content may no longer be available.

The short summary video may be downloaded to your own device and may be used for personal saving or social sharing.

6. Personalized digital product and refunds

An Astrology Princess reading is a personalized digital product created from the information provided by the customer.

By purchasing, you agree that generation, streaming, and digital delivery may begin immediately after payment and after you provide the required details. Once generation or streaming has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required by law.

If a technical error prevents delivery, we will first try to fix the issue or regenerate the affected part of the product.

7. Astrology and responsibility

Astrology Princess treats astrology as a symbolic tool for self-understanding, reflection, and personal insight. The reading is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of the future.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the reading.

8. AI and avatar content

The reading content, including the natal chart image, written text, avatar videos and voices, is AI-generated.

Automated content may contain errors or interpretations that do not feel fully accurate to every customer. The reading is intended for personal reflection and entertainment-style self-understanding, not professional decision-making.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ readings, interfere with the website or technical systems, copy or resell the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

Astrology Princess, the website design, texts, visuals, avatar presentation, generated service structure, and related materials belong to Astrology Princess or its licensors.

Your purchased reading is for your personal use. You may save and share the short summary video, but you may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse the service or its materials without permission.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, provider issues, or technical problems.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrology Princess is not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, decisions made based on the reading, loss of data, or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the purchased digital service or, where appropriate, correcting a technical delivery issue.

13. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these Terms when needed. The latest version will be available on this page.
